All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
All ready-to-ship items have a processing time of 1-3 business days from the date of purchase to prepare your order for shipment.
Your shipping and billing address must match upon ordering.

Sydney J. Units is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been received by USPS.
Sydney J. Units is not responsible for any potential shipping delays once your package has been received by USPS.
In the event that any issues occur with the delivery of your order once it's been received by USPS, please contact their customer service directly. Sydney J. Units will work diligently to reconcile any potential issues with delivery, however, once your items have left the possession of Sydney J. Units, that responsibility no longer falls on Sydney J. Units.
There is a signature requirement for all hair/wig orders.

Once orders have been fulfilled, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted unless there is a mistake on the behalf of Sydney J. Units.
